IJHEREAS, on January 21, 1~7h, Conditional Use Permit No. 14G2 ~•~as
granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit Che establishment of a
planned unified fndustrial service center includ~ng a motel, restaurant and
retail service shops, on property described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of
land consistfng of approxtmately 1.5 acres located southafest of the southwest
corner of La Palma Avenue and Kraemer [ioulevard.
IJIiEREAS, the property owners, Mr, an~ Mrs. Carl f'. Burris, have
submitted a ietter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Plo. 1442 in
satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2252,
granted October 27, 1g81, to retain a reta(1 sales facility in the ML
(Industrial, Limtted) Zone on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Condttional Use Permit P~o.
1442 on tye basis of the foregoing findings.
