PC82-29 A RESOLUTION OF TNE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1745 WHEREAS, on October 10, 1977, Conditional Use Perr~it No. 1745 was granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a motel on subject property described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consistiny of approximately 0.4 acre, havin9 a frontage of approximately 70 feet on the east side of State College Blvd., having a maximum depth of approximately 284 feet and being located approxi- mately 210 feet south of the centerline of Katella Avenue. WHEREAS, the property owner, Lynn Thompson, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1745 in satisfaction of a condition of thd granting of Conditior 1 Use Permit No. 2226, granted June 15, 1981, to permit a commercial office buildir in the ML (Industrial, Limited)Zons on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditionat Use Permit No. 1745 on the basis of the foreooing findings.
