WHEREAS, Conditic al Use Permit 6~0. 1Q~3 to permit a hall for variety

Freeway (1721 South ~lancheste r Avenue) r~as approved by the Anaheim City Planning

WHEREAS, o;~ December l~t, 1931, due to an error the Anaheim City
Planninc~ Commission terminated Conditional Use Permit tlo. ic163 insteacl of
Conditional Use Permit Plo. 1065 as a c.%ndition of approval for a
reclassification of subject property located elsewliere.
t101J, THEREFORE, [3E IT RESQI.VED that the Anaheim City Pianning
Commission does hereby rescind Resolution tlo. PC31-267 termtnating all
proceedings in connection with Conditiona~ Use Permit Plo. 10C~3, thereby
restorina said permit to its full force and effect.
