A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1835
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1978, Conditional Use Permit No. 1835 was granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit automobile rental in an existing
service station on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
0.5 acre located at the southeast corner of Manchester Avenue and Harbor Boulevard,
having approximate frontages of 150 feet on the south side of Manchester Avenue
and 150 feet on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, and further described as
1400 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, John R. Mich/Budget Rent-A-Car, representative for J. P. Edmondson
Properties, Inc., agent for Elbert L. Smith and Lida L. Smith, property owners, has
submitted a letter reGuesting termination of Conditional Use Permit P~o. 1835 in
satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Corditional Use Permit No. 2293,
granted on February 8, 1982, to retain an automob~le rental agency on subject
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 1835 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of
March, 1982-
