in the ML (Industrtal, Limited) zone.
2. That the proposed use is hereh.y granted suh;ect to the petittoner's
stipulation at the n~~blic hearing that the rr_ar 60 feet of suhject property
des(gnated as "bus storage a~d parl;ing spaces" shall be repaved ~~ithin 90 days fron
tlie date of this resolution.

ENVIROPtMENTl1L 111PAf.T FINDIN~: That the Anaheir:i City Planning Commission
has re.vieti•~ed the proposal to permit retention of a hu, charter and malntenance
facility in the ML (Industriai, Limited) Z.one on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting of approximately 0.3 acre, havinq a fronta~e of approximately 70 feet
on the south side of Orangefair Lane and being located approximately 560 feet t~~est of
the centerline of Raymond Avenue (10011 [ast Orangefair Lane (filue Goose Charter); and
does liereby approve the Plegattve Decl~ration from the requireroent to prepare an
environmental impact report on the basis that there ~doiilci be no slgnificant
individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact ~ue to the approval of this
Dlegative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject proper•ty
for general industrial land uses commensurate i~iith the proposal; that no sensitive
environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitr.ed
by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse
enviromm~ntal impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing
findings is on file in the City nf Anaheim Planning Department.
NOW, THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVF.D that the Anahetm City Planning Commission
does fierehy grant subject Petition for Condittonal Use Permit, upon the foilowing
conditions i•~hich are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve thP sa'ety and c~eneral welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anahetm:
1. That subject property shall be developed suhstantially in accordance with
plans and specifications on file a~ith the City of Anaheim marked Exhiblt Mo.

2, That the rear F~ feet of su~~ject nroperty designated as "bus storage and
parking spaces" shall be repaved within ninety (9~) days from the date
harein.
E3E IT FURTfIER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planntng Commisston does hereby
find and determine that adoption of this Resolution is ex~ressly predicated upon
applicant's comptiance ~•~ith each arid all of the conditions hereinabove set forth.
Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceabie
by the final judyment of any court of comoetent jurtsdlctten, then this Resolutton,
and any approvals herein contatned, shall be deemed null and void.
