A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1736
WHEREAS, on July 18, 1977, Conditional Use Permit No. 1736 aias granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit automobile rentals at a service
station on a rectangutarly-shaped parcel of )and consisting of approximately 0.5
acre located at the southeast corner of Manchester Avenue and Harbor Boulevard,
having approximate frontages of 150 feet on the south side of Manchester Avenue
and 150 feet on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, and further described as
1400 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, John R. Mich/Budget Rent-A-Car, representative for J. P. Edmondson
Properties, Inc., agent for Eli;ert L. Smith and Lida P. Smith, property owners,
has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1736
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2293~
granted on February 8, 1g82, to retain an automobile rental agency on subject
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cort~mission
does hereby terminate al~l proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 1736 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this $th day of
