A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CUNNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 1790
WHEREAS, on April 25, 1966, Variance No. 1790 was granted under Resoluti~n
No. 2014 (Series 1965-66) by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to waive the
requirement for block wall enclosures of outdoor storage of wrecked automobiles on
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consistin9 of approximatety 1.2 acres having
approximate frontages of 152 feet on the north side of Cypress Street and 152 feet
on the south side of Adele Street, approximately 213 feet east of the centerline of
Pauline Street, and further described as 701 East Cypress Street.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Dennis W. Aase, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Variance No. 1790 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1894, granted on October 9, 1978, to permit an automobile
dismantling and parts sale facility on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 1790 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 5th day of
April, 1982•
