PC 82-76~` RESOLUTION N0. PC82-76 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 745 WHEREAS, on April 22, 1957, Variance No. 745 was granted under Resolution No. 221-Series 1956-57 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit erection of a service station on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.5 acre located at the northeast corner of Euclid Street and Ball Road, and having approximate frontages of 150 feet on the east side of Euclid Street and 150 feet on the north side of Batl Road. WHEREAS, the property owner, F. Patrick Doyle, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 745 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Variance No. 3247, granted on December 14, 1981, to permit expansion of a shopping center with waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED that the Anaheim City Planning Co~unission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 745 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
