A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINA^.ING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 3225
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1981, Variance No. 3225 ~.vas qranted under
Resolution No. PC81-133 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit an
outdoor advertising vehicle on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land
consisting of. appcoximately 0.5 acre located at the southeast corner of
Katellz Avenue and West Street.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Clarinda Williamson, representirtg Tiffy's
Family Restaurant, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Vatiance
No. 3225 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use
Permit No. 2424, granted on May 10, 1983, to permit a walk-up window with a
parking waiver ir. an existing restaurant on subject property.
NOW, THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Flanning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 3225 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 13th day
