RESOLUTION NO. PC83-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RELATING TO 'PHE DATES AND
TIMES OF REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSiON ::dETINGS.
WHEREAS, Section 904 of the Charter of the City of An~iheim
authorizes each board cr commission of the City of Anaheim to pre-
scribe its own rules and regulations, subject to the approval of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore ectab-
lished dates and times for the holding cf its regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to amend the
dates and times for the holding of its regular meetinqs in the man-
ner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R650LVED by the Plann.ing C~mmission
of the City of Anaheim that the regular meetings of the Planning
Commission shall be held bi-weekly on Mondays at 10:00 A.M. commenc-
ing w:.th the regular meeting of August 24, 1981, in the Council
Chambers of the Anaheim Civic Center, 200 South Anaheim BoulevarZ,
Anaheim, California. If a,iy regular meeting date falls upon a City
holiday, such regular meeting shall be held on the immediately suc-
ceeding wednesday unless such date is also a City holiday in ~ahich
event such regular meeting shall be held on the first business day
following such WPdnesday which is not a City holiday.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall repeal
and supersede all previous resolutions or other actions to the
extent inconsistent herewith.
