RESOLUTION N0. PC83-12U
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION IUNENDING
RESOLUTION N0. PC83-51, NUNC PRO TUNC~ RELATING TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2207
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted its Resolution
No. PC81-115 on June 1, 1981, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 2207,
subject to certai~.~ conditions specified t~ierein; and
WHER~AS, on t9arch 7, 1983, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
adopted i*_~ Resolution No. PC63-51 amending Conditional Use Permit No. 2207 by
the amendment of cereain provisions of Resolution No. PC81-115; and
WHEREAS, said Resoiution No. PC83-51 purported to amend Condition.
Nos. 4 and 6 as set forth in Resolution No. PC81-115; and
WHEREAS, due to a numbering error, there was, in fact, no Condition
No. 6 contained in said Resolution No. PC81-115; and
WHEREAS, the public notice relating to said Planning Commission
public hearing held on March 7, 1983, relating to said Conditional Use Permit
No. 2207 did not advertise the possible deletion of any such condition
therefrom; and
WHEREAS, no deletion of any condition is required to permit
operation under said permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim City Planning
Commission that Resolution No. PC83-51 be, and the same is hereby, amended,
nunc pro tunc, by deleting any reference to the purported deletion of
Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. PC81-115 therefrom.
THE EOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 27t6 day
