PC82-143, PC82-15U, PC62-152, P.ND PC82-160 NUNC PRO TUNC WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 2357 was granted by th~ Anaheim City Planninq Commission on July 26, 1962, Resolution No. PC82-143, to retain a courier service in the ML (Industrial, Limited) 7one st 2521-N West La Palma Avenue; and WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit IQo. 2355 was granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission on August 9, 1982, Resolution No. PC82-150, to permit a 101-unit motel and restaur.ant with on-sale alcoholic beverages in the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone with waiver of minimum number of parking ~paces at 727 South Beach Eoulevard; and WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permi.t No. 2361 was granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission on August 9, 1982, Resolution No. PC82-152, to permit a private school for pre-school children and grades kindergarten through eighth with a maximum enrollment of 370 students at 5900 East Santa Ana Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 2363 was granted by the Anaheim City Planninq Commission on August 23, 1982, Resolution No. PC82-160, to permit the commercial use of a residential structure (Limited to a retail knit shop) with waivers of minimum number of parking spaces and required location of parking spaces at 1694 West Sumac Lane; and WHEREAS, certain wording was inadvErtently omitted from the Environmental Impact Finding paragraph on each of the aforementioned Resolutions. N047, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission doe~ hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-143, nunc pro tunc, amending the paragraph entitled "~nvironmental Impact Finding" to read as follows: "ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to retain a courier service in the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 2.9 acres, having a frontage o£ approximately 275 feet on the north side of La Palma Avenue, and further described as 2521-N West La Palma Avt~~ie (Farrell Courier, Inc.); and does hereby approve the Negative Declaraiion from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject property for general industrial land uses commensurate with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; and that the Initial Study submitted by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing findings is on file in the City of Anaheim Planning Department." #03862 PC83-14 '"'~ ~.•. BE IT FURTFI~R RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-150, nunc pro tunc, amending the Environmental Impact Findina paragraph to read as follows: "ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to permit a 101-unit motel and restaurant with on-sale alcoholic beverages in the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone with waiver of the minimum n•amber of parking spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.25 acres, having a frontage of appror.imately 140 feet on the west side of Beach Boulevard, and further described as 727 South Heach Boulevard; and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report on Yhe basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject property for general commercial land uses commensurates with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse envircnmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing f.indings is on file in the City of Anaheim Pl.anning Department." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-152, nunc pro tunc, amending the Environmental Impact Finding paragraph to read to as follows: "ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to permit a private school (pre-school children and grades kindergarten through eighth) with a maximum enrollment of 370 students on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 4.2 acres located on the east side of Solomon Drive between Santa Ana Canyon Road and Constantine Road, and further described as 5900 Santa Ana Canyon Road (Hephatha Lutheran Church); and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirenent to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Nagative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates tlie subject pr.operty for hillside low-density residEntial land uses commensurates with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing findings is on file in the City of Anaheim Planning Department." -'- ~ PC83-14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-160, nunc pro tunc amending the Environmental Impact Finding paragraph to read as fol.lowu: "ENVIRONM~NTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to reclassify subject property from the RS-7200 (Residential, Single-Family) Zone to the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone to permit the commercial use of a residential structure with waivers of minimum number of parking spaces and required location of parking spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 6000 square feet located at the southeast corner of Sumac Lane and Euclid Street (1694 West Sumac Lane); and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject property for general commercial land uses commensurates with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing findings is on file in the r_ity of Anaheim Planning Department."
