A RESOLUTZON OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 210
WHEREAS, on Narch 5, 1962, Conditional Use Permit No. 210 was
granted under Resolution No. PC62-252 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission
to permit a trade school on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 1.3 acres located at the southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and
Anaheim Boulevard, having approximate fcontages of 154 feet on the south side
of Lincoln Avenue and 281 feet on the east side of Anaheim Boulevard and
further described as 90 South Anaheim Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Cunditiona.l Use Permit No. 210 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of ReclassiL-ication No. 82-83-32, granted June 1,
1983, reclassifying subject proper.Ey from the CG (Commercial, General) Zone tu
the CL (COmmercial, Limit=d) Zone to construct a 2 and 3-story commercial
complex.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Condi.tional Use Permit No. 210 on the basis of tne foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this Sth day
of August, 1983.
