RESOLUTION NO. PC83-142
A RESOLUiION OF THE ANAHEZM CITY PLANNZNG COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 645
WHEREAS, on October 15, 1956, Variar,ce No. 645 was granted under
Resolution No. PC56-79, Series 1956-57 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission
to permit a service station on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land
consistin9 of approximately 0.46 acre located at the northwest corner of Ball
Road and Gilbert Street, having approximate frontages of 135 feet on the north
side of Ball Road and 135 feet on the west side of Gilbert Street and further
described as 2403 West Ball Road.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Southland Corporation, has submitted a
letter requesting termination of Variance No. 645 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of Conditior.al Use Permit No. 2285, granted February
23, 1982, to permit a convenience market with gasoline sales on subject
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does herehy terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 645 on the basis of the foregoin9 findinqs.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day
of August, 1983.
