A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY FLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONUITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1965
WHEREAS, on August 27, 1979, Conditional Use Permit No. 1965 was
granted under Resolution No. PC79-170 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission
to permit an automobile wholesale facility with a waiver of minimum number of
parking spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 7500 square feet, having a frontages of approximately 50 feet on
the south side of Chestnut Street and 50 feet on the narth side of Third
Street, having a maximum depth of approximately 150 feet, being located
approximately 190 feet west of the centerline of Lemon Street, and fsrther
described as 214 West Chestnut Street.
WHEREAS, Edward R. Finney, agent for the property owner, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1965
and indicatir.q the property is no longer being used for automobile warehousing.
NO{9, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby tecminate all praceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1965 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day
of August, 1983.
