RESOLUTION NO. PC83-144
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2402
Wf1EREAS, on January 10, 1983, Conditional Use Permit No. 2402 was
granted under Resolutior. No. PC83-9 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to
permit a 13-f.oot high roof-mounted antenna on the Cali.fornia Federal Building
on a rectangularly-shaped paccel of land consisting of approximately 8.82
acres located at the northeast corner of Crescent A~enue and Euclid Street,
having approximate frontages of 600 feet on the north side of Crescent Avenue
and 61Q feet on the east side of Euclid Street and further described as 1695
West Crescent Avenue.
WHEREAS, property owner, SP Communications, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2402 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No, 2409, granted January
24, 1983, to permit an 180-foot high communications tower at 1776 West Penhall
Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, gE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Comn~ission does hereby terminate all proceedings ir connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 2402 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day
of August, 1983.
