RESOLUTION NO. PC83-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMZSSION
TERMINHTING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION '~IITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 482 AND 1617
WHEREAS, on January 9, 1956, Conditional Use Permit No. 482 was
granted under Resolution No. PC108, Series 1955-56 by the Anaheim City
Planning Commission to permit a service station, and on May 10, 1976,
Conditional Use Permit No. 1617 was granted under Resolution No. PC76-90 to
permit a truck and trailer rentals from a service station on an
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.64 acre
located at the southwest cor.nec of Ball Road and Anaheim Boulevard, having
approximate frontages of 129 feet on the south side of Ball Road and 162 feet
on the west side of Anaheim Boulevard.
WHEREAS, Esther Duffy Kasile, attorney representing the property
owner, has submitted a letter cequesting termination of Conditional Use Permit
Nos. 482 and 1617 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of
Conditional Use Pezmit No. 2645, grar.tefl July 25, 1983, to permit a temporary
bank trailer on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit NOs. 4&2 and 1617 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 22nd day
of August, 1983.
