RESOLUTION NO. PC83-151
A RESOLUTIUN OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNZNG CpMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2307
WHEREAS, on March 22, 1982, Conditional Use Permit No. 2307 was
granted under Resolution No. PC82-69 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission
to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.3 acre,
having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on the east side of Harbor
Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 127 feet and being located
approximately 15U Eeet south of the centerline of Vermont Avenue and further
described as 914 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, Maurice Pinto, property owner, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2307 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of Conditional Use Fermit No. 2476, granted August
8, 1983, to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed Moose Lodge on
subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connectior. with
Conditional Use Permit No. 2307 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 22nd day
of August, 1983.
