1~ RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PC82-46, Nt)NC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH
RECLASSIFICATION N0. 81-82-17
WHEREAS, on March 22, 1982, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
9ranted Reclassification No. 81-82-17, Resolution No. PC82-46, to reclassify
an irregularly-shaped parcel oF land consisting of approximately 6.1 acres,
located south and east of the southeast corner of L?ncoln Avenue and Citron
Street from the RM-1200 (Residential, Multiple-Family) and CG (Commercial,
General) Zone to the RM-3000 {Residential, Multiple-Family) Zone; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 20 on page 4, incorrectly reads, "Prior to
the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subject property, Condition Nos. 1
and 2, above-mentioned, shall be completed. The provisions or rights granted
by this resolution shall become null and void by action of the Planning
Commission unless said conditions are complied with within one"; and
WHEREAS, said condition should have referred to Condition Nos.
1 and 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-46, nunc pro tunc, in
connection with Reclzssification No. 81-82-17, Condition No. 20 to read as
follows:
20- "Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subject
property, Condition Nos. 1 and 3, above-mentioned, shall be
completed. The provisions or rights granted by this resolution
shall become null and void by accion of the nlanning Conmission
unless said conditions are complied with within one year from the
date of this resolution, or such further time as the Planning
Commission may grant."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 19th day
of September, 1983.
