RESOLUTION NO. PC83-188
A RESOLUTION OF TF1E ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
EINDING THAT THE R1VER VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROPOSED
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sections 33346 and 33347 of the
California Community Redevelopment Law, the Anaheim P.edevelopment Agency has
requested that the Anaheim City Planning Commission make a determination that
the River Valley Redevelopment Project Proposed Redevelopment Plan is in
ccnformance with the adopted City of Anaheim General Plan; and
WEiEREAS, the proposed River Valley Redevelopment Project Proposed
Redevelopment Plan to provide financing for improvements to the river chartnel
in order to ptotect the property from flooding thereby pe~mitting its
development for commercial and industrial uses has been reviewed by the
Anaheim City Planning Commission.
NOW, TEiEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby find that the River Valley Redevelopment Project
Proposed Redevelopment Plan is in conformance with the Anaheim General Plan.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and apptoved by me this 3rd day
of October, 1983. ~
