PC83-189 ~ A RESOLUTION OF TILE ANAHEIId CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITFI CONDITIONAL USE PEI2MIT NO. 2238 WHEREAS, on July 27, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2238 was granted under Resolution No. PC81-159 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a 7-lot, 8-unit industrial condominium complex with waiver of required lot frontage on a rectangularly-shaped parcel o£ land consisting of approximately 2.56 acres, having a frontage of approximately 400 feet on the south side of Penhall Way, having a maximum deptYi of approximately 275 feet and being located approximately 432 feet east of the centerline of Crescent I4ay. [VHEREAS, t1~e applicant, Arthur T. Maier, L.A. Basin, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2238 indicating that the property has been sold and b~,ilding permits have been obtained for an alterr.ative development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 2238 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
