A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAFIEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 771
WFIEREAS, on July 1, 1957, Variance No. 771 was qranted under Resolution
No. 264, Series 1956-57 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a home
for the aged on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
.63 acre, haviny a frontage of 1J5 feet on the west side of State College Boule-
vard, having a maximum depth of approximately 280 feet, and further described as
225 North State College Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Gary Mercado, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance Ido. 771 indicating that application of a
building permit has been made to construct a new commercial building on subject
prooerty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 771 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of
October, 198's.
