A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THG CITY OF ANAHEIM
ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER PLAN FOR DRAINAGE
WHEREAS, the City Counci: of the City of Anaheim adopted the Master
Plan for Drainage for the City of Anaheim on January 15, 1974, Reso.lution No.
74R-11; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division requested that the Planning
~",~ Commission recommend to the City Council an amendment to the Master Plan for
4;,; Drainage by the addition of Drainage Aistricts 42 and 43 which serve the
~:;,~ Shorb-Wells property and the Bauer Ranch areas respectively; and
WHEREAS, the inclusion of Districts 42 and 43 in the Master Plan for
Arainage will permit the future establishment of drainage fees by the City
Council; and
WdEREAS, THE Anaheim City Planning Commission, at its regular
meeting held on October 3, 1983, considered the Amendment to the Master Plan
for Drainage and determined it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council adoption of the Amendment
to the Master Plan of Drainage for the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day
of October, 1983.
