PC 83-207/`\ ~"ti RESOLUTION NO. ?C83-207 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAIIEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TE.'ZMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTSON WITFI CONDTTIONAL USB PERMIT r70. 2191 WHEREAS, on April 6, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2191 was granted under Resolution No. PC81-70 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit an outdoor ski slope in the CL (Commercial, Limited) znne with waiver of maximum fence height on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.3 acre located at ~e northtirest corner of La Palma Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, having a frontage of approximately 1.00 feet on the north side of La Palma Avenue, and a £rontage of 140 feet on the west side of Harbor Boulevard. WHEREAS, the applicant, John Werniq, Southland Corporation, agent for the property owner, has submitted a letter requestinq termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2191 indicating development plans have been submitted to remove the service station building anc construct a conveniencA store on subject property. NOW, TFiEREFORE, g~ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 2191 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
