ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim Cit
Commission has reviewed the proposal to per,nit y Plannina
(Commercial, Limited-Hillside a churC~i in the CL-Eig(S~)

parking spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land
consisting of approximately 3 acres located •~t the northeast corner of Serrano
Avenue and Nohl Ranch Road, and further described a~ ;09 serrano Avenue; and
