A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOPI OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~.~ RECOMMENDING CERTAIN REVZSIONS TO THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
i, FOR THE RIVER VALLEY REDE~ELOPMENT PROJECT AND RECOMMENDING THAT SAID

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency submitted the propo~ed
Redevelopment Plan fo[ the River Valley Redevelopment Project to the Planning
Commission for its report and recommendation pursuant to the California
Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.?; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission did on October 3, 1983, make its
report and recommendation concerning said Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has resubmitted the
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment Project to the
Planning Commission with certain proposed revi~ions; and
WHEREAS, THE Planning Commission has ceviewed and considered said
proposed revisions to the proposed Redevelopment Plan;
NOW, T'dEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim does
hereby recommend that the following revisions be made to the proposed
Redevelopment Plan, which revisions are shown on the document attached hereto
as Exhibit •A• and entitled 'Proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley
Redevelopr~ent Project":
1. Section 424
'Development plans, both public and private, shall be submitted to
the Agency for aporoval and architecr~~ra] revi.ew is deleted.
2• Section 508
'and are shown on the Development Agreement referred to in S 516" is
deleted.
3. Section 515
This section amended to read:
'The number of dwelling units in the Project area shail not exceed
20 and are reflected in the documents referred to in S 516 below.'
4. Section 516
"and that certain Development A~reement between Savi Ranch and the
City of Anaheim adopted by Ordinance" is deleted.
5. Section 523
This section amended to read:
"PULSUant to an agreement, with the Agency, no parcel in the Project
area, including any parcel retained by a participant, shall be resubdfvided
without the approval of the Agency,^
