That the existing uses on the property are being conducted in such a manner as to be detrimental to the public health or safety or so as to constitute a nuisance as follows: a• Odors from diesel trucks and from food being processed on the property, b• Noise and parking of diesel trucks in the adjacent public allc~, c. Fumes from diesel trucks, d. Excessive numbers of vehicles on the property and in the public alley, and e• Motor homes parking overnight on the property. 3• That thirteen (13) pr~ ert ~ residential neighborhood a p Y owners from the surrounding opposition to the odors ppeared at the public hearing and indicated their . rodents, trucks, traffic, people living on the property, and parl:ing problems caused by this use; and that eighteen (lg~ exhibits were submitted supportinq the neighbors' opposition. #0095r ~ ~~-2]6 ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, that, for each of the reasons hereinabove specified, Conditional Uss Permit No. 2342 be, and the same is heteby revoked and Resolution No. PC82-125 is hereby declared null and void.
