A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATIt1G ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 791
WHEREAS, on July 22, 1957, Variance No. 791 was granted under
Resolution No. 13-Series 57-58 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to
permit the erection of a freestanding sign on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting .: approximately 0.6 acre, having a frontage of approximately
163 feet on the east side of Magnolia Avenue, having a maximum depth of
approximately 167. feet and being located aoproximately 200 feet south of :.he
centerline of La Palma Avenue.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Fred E. Hartman, Jr., property owner, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 791 in satisfaction
of a condition of the qranting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2399, granted on
December 13, 1982, to permit a drive-through doughnut shop on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 791 on the basis of the foregoing £indings.
