A RESOLUTION pE THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMI5SION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2267
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2267 was
granted under Resolution No. PC81-215 by the Anaheitn City Planning Commission
to permit a bed and breakfast inn in the RM-1200 Zone on a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land consistina of approximately 0.36 acre, having a frontage of
approximately 100 feet on the west side of Olive StreEt, having a maximum
~epth of approximately 155 feet and being located approximately 350 feet south
of the centerline of Old Lincoln Avenue.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Hugo A. Vasquez, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2267 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of Variance No. 3329, granted on April 4, 1983, to
permit construction of a 14-unit affordable apartment complex with waivers on
subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hnaheim City Planning
Commission does heceby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 2267 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RES~LUTION is signed and approved by me this 12th day
