RESOLUTIUN NO. PC83-244
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAfTEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2241
WHEREAS, un July 27, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2241 was
granted under Resolution No. PC81-162 by the Anaheim City Planning Comn~~ssion
to permit a church in the RS-A-43,000 Zone with waiver of minimum landscaped
setback on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
0.7 acre located at the northeast corner of Beacon Avenue and Walnut Street.
k~HEREAS, the property owners, Marilyn R. Watson and Lois M. Ramont,
have submitted a letter reque~ting termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
2241 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit
No. 2483, granted on October 18, 1983, to permit a bed and breakfast inn with
waiver of minimum landscaped setback on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED trat che nnaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 2241 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 12th day
of Decemner, 1983.
