A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIQN
THAT THE ORANGE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AGENCY IS IN
CONFORMANCE WZTH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GENERAL PLAN PERTAINING TO
FLOOD CGNTROL IMPROVEMENT TO THE SANTA ANA RIVER FROM IMPERIAL HIGHWAY
TO WEIR CANYON ROAD
WHEREAS, the County or Orange Environmental Management Agency
proposes to conskruct flood control improvements to Santa Ana River (Facility
No. E01) from Imperial Hi9hway to Weir Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, the Government Code af the State of California Section
65402, provides in part that a local agency shall not acquire real property
nor dispose of any real pcoperty, nor construct a public building or structure
in any county or city, until the location, purpose and extent of such activity
has been reported upon as to conformity with the adopted general plan .
T8E FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 12th day
of December, 1983.
