PC 83-252 A RE~OLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1079 WHEREAS, on December 16, 1968, Conditional Use Permit No. 1079 was 9ranted undez Resolution No. PC 68-362 by the Anaheim City P.lanning Commission to expand an existing motel with waivers of minimum front and sideyard setbacks and maximum building height on a xectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.8 acre, having a frontage of approximately 138 feet on the east side of Beach Boulevard, and fucther described as 420 South Beach Bouleva~d. WHEREAS, the pzoperty owner's agent, Jonathan T. Y. Yeh, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Pezmit No. 1079 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of RAclassification No. 76'79-27 (RS-A-a3,p00 to CL) and Conditional Use Pecmit No. 1936, gcanted February 26, 1979, to expand an existing motel with a waiver of maximum structural hei.ght. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commissian r9oes hezeby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1079 on the basis of the fozegoing findings.
