A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CZTY PLANNTNG COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNfiCTION WITH
CONDZTIOI~AL USE PERMIT NO. 1761 AND VARIANCE N0. 2976
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1977, Conditional Use Pezmit No. 1761 and
Variance No. 2976 were granted undex Resolution Nos. PC 77-274 and PC 77-275
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a retail acts facility in
the ML Zone with waivezs of minimum landscaped setback, required screening of
parking area, prohibited signs, maximum sign coverage, and minimum numbez of
parking spaces on a cectangularly-shaped pazcel of land consisting of
approximately 0.9 acze located at the northeast cornec of Katell.a Avenue and
Zeyn Street; and
WHERE7tS, the pr.opert1 ownez's a9ent, David V. Adams, has submitted a
lettec req~iesting tezmination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1761 and Variance
No. 2976 in sat:isfaction af a condition of appzoval of the granting of
Conditional U;;e Y~rmit No. :507, granted on November 14, 1983, to permit
retail sale of sporting goods in the ML Zone with waivers of m:nimum number of
parking spaces and minimum landscaped setback on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahzem City Planning
Commission does hezeby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Pecmit No. I761 and Vaziance No. 2976.
