A RESOLUTION OF 'PHE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNINC COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIUNAL USE PERMIT NOS. 2085 AND 2218
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1980, Conditional Use Permit No. 2085 was graiited
under Resolution No. PC80-111 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit
retention of an automobila detailing facility in the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone;
and on July 13, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2218 was granted under Resolution
No. PCS].-149 to permit retention and expansion of an existing auto detail facility
in the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone on a rectangularly-shaped oarcel of land
consisting of approximately 0.6 acre located at the northwest corner of Miraloma
Avenue and Kraemer Boulevard, having approximate frontages of 125 feet on the north
side of Miraloma Avenue and 150 feet on tk.e west side of Kraemer Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Angelo Casella, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2085 and 2218 in satisfaction
of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2344, granted on
August 3, 1982, to permit automobile repair in an existing service station in the
ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone on subject property.
NO[9, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planninq Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos.
2085 and 2218 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 23rd day of
February, 1983.
