TERMZNATING ALL PROCEEDINGS Ifd CONNECTION WITFi
VARIANCE IQO. 2545
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1973, Variance No. 2545 was granted under
Resolution No. PC73-191 by the Anahe.i.m City Planning Commission to permit
the establishment of an office supp].y company in the ML Zone on a rectanqu-
larly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.49 acre, having a
frontage of approximatcly 1~35 feet on th~ west side of Kraemer Aoulevard,
~'~ having a maximum depth uf approximately 150 feet and being located approxi-
g~ mately 190 feet south of the centerline of hiiraloma Avenue.

WHEREAS, the property owners, Norman and Irma M. Switzer, have
submitted a letter requesting termination uf Variance No. 2545 in satisfac-
tion of a con9ition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2520,
~ granted on March 7, 1983, to permit retention of retail tire sales in the
ML 2one on subject property.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT R.ESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planninq
~ Commission does hereby terminate all procee@ings in connection with Variance
No. 2545 on the basis o£ the foregoing findinqs.
