north side uf Eisenhower Circle, and iurther d<~;;cribed as 4511 Eisenhower
Circle; and does here~y approve tt~e Negative Declaration u~on finding that it
has coi~sid~red th~ Negative Declaration togc~ther with any comments received
~uring the public eeview proc~ss and f.urtliec finding on L-he k~asis of the
irtitial study and any com~nents receivec? that therP is no subsL-antial evidence
that the project wi:ll have a siynificarit efteut on the environment.
