Pecmit No. 1165 to allow bus st~rag~ and repair facilities~ and Resolution No.
PC76-156 on August 16, 1976 approvzng Condita.onal Use Permit No. 1645
p~:rmitting expan~ion oE hhe bus terminal:~ to include property at 1~25 Mountain
Vi.ew AvPnue; and
~aHERFAS, Condita.on No. 2 as set fortn in Resolution Tlo. PC74-1~
provides that said use sha11 expire on January 21y J.97~, or bp subaect L-o
t:eview F~r po~sible extensions of time; and
WH.EREAS, C~ndition No. 10 as set ~orth in Res~~tution No. PC7fi-155
provide. chat said uJe sha11 expire on August 16, 1~77, or be sub~ect to
review £or po~sible extensions of L•ime; and
h~H~~2~AS, the permiLtee has heretofore filed an applicati~n £or
sxtension of said time limitations pursuant ta khe ~rovisions of Section
1Q.U3.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the klanning Commissian held a duly noticed publ.ic bearing
on said application on October 29, 1984, at whicl~ hearing tt~e Plarining
Commission did receiv~ and con~ider cvidence, both oral ~znd documentary,
relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, one person app~ared at said publi.c t»aring in opposition and
n~: correspondence was received in opposi.tion; and
NOW, 'PEIETtEE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Gommission of the ~City
of Anaheim that said appiication for extens;:on~ ~f the time limitations be,
and t:t;e same are hereb~~, ap~roved and thaG sai.d u~es are hereby extended to
expir.e on Auyust 16, 1985.
