A RESOLU'l'SON OF THG PLANiVING COMMISStON OF THE CITY OF ANAFIEIM
DELETING CONllITION NO~ 4 OF RESOLUTTON N0. PC79--7~ ADOPTED IN
C01JI~ECTION WITH C0:~J3TTIONAT, USG PERMIT N0~ 1969
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissiori of L•he City of Anat~eim heretofore
adopted Resalution No. PC79-72 on Apr~i.'1 9, 1979, approving the r.et.er~ti~n of a
van conversipn kaci.tity; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 as set fnrth in Resolution No> PC79-72
prov.ideU that said use shall expire on March 31, 1980 or be subject to review
fox possible extens:ions of time; and
WHEREAS, the permil-tee has filed an applicatio~ for an extension o~
said time limitation pursuant to t~' ~~ provisions ~:.~: Section 1$.U3.093 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WEiEREAS, thE Planni:~g Comrnission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said a~plication on October 29, 1984, at which hEari;zg the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both ~ra1 and ~ocumentary,
relating ~hereto; and
WHER~A~, no one indicater: their presence at said public hearing in
opposition; and that no correspondence was received a.n opposikion to subject
petiti~n; and
WHEREAS, the Planning C:omm9,ssion hereby Einds that said use inas been
and continues to be exercised fn a manner that is not detrimental to the
particular area and surrounding land uses, nor to the public peac.e, hea].th,
safety and general welfare; and that sGid Conc~iticti No. 4 shou_ld, therefore,
be deleted.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE T.T RESULV~D by the Planning Commi.ssion of the Ciky
of Anaheim that Condition No. 4 be hereby deleted.
