WHEREAS, C~ndition ~lo. 2 as ;et forth in Resoluti.on No. rC78-205
provides that said use ~hall expire on August 28, 1930 or be subject to review
for possi.bl.e extensiun~ of time; and
WHEREhS. the permittee haa f:L~d an application for an exkension of.
s~i~ time limitati~n pursuant to the pr~visions of SECtion 18.03.09' of. t,he
Anaheim Municlpal Code; and
WHEREAS, thE Planning Ccmm~s~ion held a ~luly ;ioticed put~lic hearing
on said application on October 29, 1984, at which hearing the Planning
Commisyion did receive and consider evidEnce, both oral and docum~ntary,
re.latin•3 thereto; and
WHEREAS, no one indicaLed their presence at said public hear.ing in
oppasition; and that no correspondence wa~ received in opposition to suhject
petition; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hcreby finds that said u~e is being
~xercised in a manner that is tiiot detrimental to the partic~lar area And
surrounding land uses, nor to the public p~ace. health, ~afety and ger.er.al
welfare; and that said Condition No. 2 sho~ild, therQ:fore, be deletQ~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning C:ommission of the City
of An~he~m that Condition No. Z is hereby de].eted.
