CONNECT:COIJ WITH VARIANC~ NU. i849
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission oF the City of Anah~im heretoforA
adopted Re~olution No. PC7b-189 on Spptember 27, 1976, approving retail sale~
af sandwiches with wai~er of minimum number o~ parking spaces; and
WHER~AS, Condition CJo. 7 as set forth in Resolution No. PC76-1$9
provides that :~aid variancP shall expire on September 27, 1977 or be subject
to review for ~ossible extensions of L•ime; and
WFIEREAS, the permittee has filed an application for an extension of
said time limitation pursuant to the provis~ons oF Section 18.03.093 0~ L•he
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, thE Planriing Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said applicatlon an October 29, 1984, at which hearing the Plannfng
Commis~ion did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documer~ta.ry,
relatiny thereto; and
WH~REAS, no one ~ndicatcd their presence at said public hearing in
oppositionj and that no corr.espondence was received in oppo~ition +.o subject
petition; and
WHERE~-S, the Planning Commission hereby finds thak said variance is
being exercised fn a manner that is not detrimental to the particular area anc3
surroundiny land u~ses, nur to the public peace, health, safety ~nd general
~~-Ptfare; ~n~ l:hat said condition should, theref~re, be delete@.
NOW, THEF2FFORE, B~ IT RESOLVLD by the Pl~nt~ing Commission of the City
of Anaheim that Conditi~n No. 7 be r,ereby deleted.
