AMENDING RESOLUTION N~. PC$4-220, NUNC PRO TUNC
IN CONN~CTTON WI'rH RECLASSTFiCAZ'ION N0. 84•-a5-J.1
WHEREAS, on October 29, 1984, the Anahei.m City plann.ing C~mmissi4n
qrar,ted Feclassificat.inn lvo. 84-85-11, Resolut.ion No. PC84-220, reclassifying
property consi.st.inc.; of approximately 4.47 acres located at tY~e southeas~
corner of Btoaciway and Citron Street from the RM-12Q0 (Resident~.al,
Multi.ple-Family) Zone to the RM-3U00 (Residen~i,al, Multiple-Fami.ly) Zone; and
WHEREAS, in error Conditicn No. 4 cur.rently reads as follow.s:
"4. That prior to the introduckion of an ordinance rezoni.ng subject
property, the developer shall en~er a,nto an agreemene with the Ci.ty of Anaheim
to provide relocati.on e:cpenses, for re.location of the Police Department
tielxport. cansisking of, but not necessari.ly lim:~ted to such .items as
envxronmental assessment as required by C.E.Q.A.; any state, federal ur other
goverrimPntal agency permits; land acquisxtion costs; buil~i.ing constructi.on
costs, x;icluda.ng construction of a lan~i.ng ~ad and hangar arid instal~.atior- of
fuel tanks; and other necessary site improvement costs. Furthermore, saxd
agreement shall prov.ide th~at, (a) prior to i.ssuance og a bu~.lding permit
ancluding permxts for the rnodel units, the Police Department Heli.port sha].1 be
relocated and operational and the developer shall have paid all costs as
agreed ta; and that (b) prior to the start of any construction activxties
i.ncluda.ng gradi,ng or del.ivec~y of buildi~lg mater.ials, the deyeloper sha11
obtain the Poli.ce Department's concurrence wi.th the phas.ing of the
constructi.on activ.ities. Said constructi.on activities shall be coor.da,n~ted
wa.~h the Poli.ce Department hel.icopter fJ.i.ghts."
WHEREAS, said Condi.tion No. 4 should have read as follows:
"4. That pr.ior to the introduct9.on oF an ordinance rezoning s;ubject

Commissxon does hereby amend the Condxt:ions o.f Approval of Res~lution No.
PC84-22~, nunc pro tunc, ir. ~onnection with Reclassifa.cation No. 84-85-11 to
read as shown above.
