That due to the change in use and/ar occupancy ot the building, ~lans shall be submitted to th~ Building Division showing cornpliance with the minimum standards o:E th~ City o~ A.nahcim, including the UniForm Bui:lding, ~lumbing, Electr~.cal, Meci~anical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anahei.m.
