Commission does f~ereby grant su~jec~ Pe~ition L-or Conditional Use Permit, upott
the L~1lowiilg aonditzons which are herehy found to be a necess~ry prercquisite
to the pr.op~sed iise of the subject property in order co pre5~rve the safety and
g~ner~al welfare of the c:itiz~r~s of tY~e Cit:y of Anaheim:
