Development has found the City`s adop~ed Housing Elernent tc~ ~~e in compliance
with Gnv~rnment Code 5ectiun GS302(c) a-~~ the 1977 Eiousing Element Guid~lines;

WHER.~AS, Government C~de Section 65588(3) (b) states that the
Housing Element shall be revised as ap~ropriate, but, not less than every ~ive
years, t.o ceflect the results ot- this period~c review, except that the .flrst
such revisior. shall be ac~:omplish~d by July 1, 198~; and
