A RESOLUTION OF THE PiANNSNG CUMMISSION OF THE CI1'Y OF ANAHEIM
APPRO/ING AN EXTENSION OF T3ME FOR
CONDI2'IONAL USE PERMIT N0. 23C0
WIiL•'REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretotore
adopte~ Resolution No. PC82-35 on March 8, 198?., approving tetail sales of
dinnerware products in the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone; and
WHF.~REAS, Condition No. 5 of as set forth in Resolution No. PCB2-35
provide~ that said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time, on March 8, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time iimitation pursuant to the pcoviaions of Section
18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Coivnission held a duly naticed public heacing
on said application on April 15, 1985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating thereto; and
WH.:kEps, the Planning Commission hereby finds that said use is being
exercised in a manner not detrimental to the particular area and surrounding
land uses, nur to the public peace, health, safety and gener~2 welf,~re,
