A RESOLUTION OF THG PLANNING COPfMISSION QF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DELETING CONDITION N0. 10 OF RESOLUTION N0. PC72-77 ADOPTED
IN CONNECTION WITH V:_;iANCE N0.2349
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC72-77 on April 17, 1972, appr.oving establishment of a
center for the sale of handicrafted art objects and related merchandise wi~h
foo~ sale at 1514 West Breadway; and
WHEF;EAS, Condition No. 10 of as set forth in Resolution No. PC72-7%
provides tt,at said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to ceview for a
possible extension of time, on April 17, 1973; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation or deleti.on of said time limitation
condition pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim
Ptunicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissio^ held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on April 15, 1985, ak which hearing the Plannina
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that deletion of such
time limitation is not inappropriate to permit the on-goiny operation under
the permit as originally granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City ef Anaheim that said application for deletion of. said time limitation
condition is hereby approved.
THG FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and apptoved by me this 15th day
