A RESOLUTIOIJ OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DELCTING CUNDITION N0. 2 OF kESOLUTION N0. PC73-147 ADOPTED IN
CONNECTION WITH COtdDITIONAL OSE PERMIT N0. 1408
WHEREAS, khe Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC73-147 on July 19, 1973, approving a billboard
exceeding allowable area at other than on authorized location; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of as set forth in Resolution No. PC73-147
procides that said use would expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time two (2) years later, on July 19, 1974; and
WHEREAS, six previous time exl•ensions have been granted foe subject
conditional use permit, the last to expire on May 28, 19@5; and `
WHEREAS, the permitL?e has heretoEore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation or deletion of said condition pursu~nt to
the provisions of Section 18.03.0:13 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on April 15, i985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider eridence, both oral and documentary,
relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that de.letion of such
time limitation is necessary to permit reasonable operation under the permit
as granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESULVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that said application for deletion of said Condition No. 2 be,
and the same is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION :s signed and approved by me this 15th day
