RESOLUTION NO. PC85-lI7
A RESOLUTION OF iHE PLAtJNING COMMISSIOtJ OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DELETING CONDITION N0. 7 OF RESOLUTION NO. PC80-236 ADOPTED
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2138
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolutian P~o. PC80-236 on December 15, 198p granting permission to
retain a public dance hall; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 as set forth in Resolution No. PC80-236
provides that said use shal~ expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time, on December 15, 1985; and
WH~REhs, the permittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation or for deletion of said time limitation
condition pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.q93 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said appiication on April 29, 1985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relatiny thereto;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissior. hereby finds that no complaints
have been made to the Planning Department regarding subject use permit; and
WNEREAS, the Planning Commis~ion her.eby finds that de].~tion of such
cime limi~ation is necessary to permit ceasonable operation of the business
under the permit as originally granted.
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that said application for deletion of said time limitation
condition is hereby approved.
