WHEREA5, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on May 13, 1985 at 1:30 p.m., notice , of said public hearing I~aving been duly given as required by law and in . accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code. Chapter 18.03, to hear and con~ider evidence for and against sai.d proposed ~eclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, saia Com;nissio~~. after due inspection, investigation and study made by :.~self and in its ~ehalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, dces find and determine th? following facts: 1. ENVIRONMENTAL TMPACT FZNDING: The City Council certified Environmental Impact Report No. 265 f.or sutject property or, October 9, 1984, in conjunction with General Plan Amendment Po. 1~8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Reclassification unconditionally, and, by so doing, that Titie 18-Zoning of the Anaheim htunicipal Code be art~ended to exclude the above-described property ftom the County of Oranqe A-1 Zone and to incorporate said described property into the City of Anaheim OS(SC) (Open Space, Scenir Corridor Overlay) Zone.
