A RESOLUTION OF' THE AP]AHEIM CITY PLANNING COP1b1ISSION
AhiENDING P,ESOiUTION NO. PC84-201, IJUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION
WITH RECLASSIF'ICATIUN tJO. 84-85-10
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1984, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Reclassification No. 64-ES-10, Reyoluticn No. PC84-201, to rezone
subject prooerty described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting
of approximately 2.75 acres having a frontage of approximately 185 £eet on the
north side of Lincoln Avenue, and further described as 1235 East Lincoln
Avenue from the CL, (Commercial, Limited) Zone to the RPt-1200 (P,esidential,
Multiple-Family) Zone; and
SJH~REAS, Condition No. 12 of P.ESOlution No. PC84-201 required that a
parcel map L•o cecord the approved division and corbination of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded
i.n the Office of the Urange County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the legel description containad in Resolution No. PC84-201
is no longer applicable as a result of fulfilling the above-descrited
condition and a subsequent minur 1ot line adjustment, and a revised legal
descciption should be included.
NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC84-201, nunc pro tunc, in
cor.nection with Reclassification No. 84-85-10 tu include the revised legal
description to reaa as tollows:

That portion oE Lot 4 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a map
of survey by Wil]iam [iamel, a copy of which is shown in Book 3,
Pages :62 to 164 inciusive of "Los Angeles County F1aps• in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
